Long year? Stressful job? Tired of traffic and noise?

The Braunis gîte is perfect for recharging your batteries.

It is intended for 8 people from May to September, but can also be rented in version 4 people(*except July and August.)

Located in the commune of Bourran, 30 minutes from Agen and Villeneuve sur Lot.

It is housed in an old barn independent of the owners' house with a private swimming pool of 10 by 5 ml. All set on a 3 hectare property.
Apart from the owners, the first neighbour is 200 metres away. The first stop sign is 2 km away. As for the first red light, you will have to look for it more than...10km away!

For the comfort of the place, I have no worries. I let you look at the photos.

Description of the Gîte:

Ground floor:

Living room with lounge and fully equipped fitted kitchen.
2 spacious bedrooms on one level (140/190 bed) with private shower room and toilet.
1 shared toilet.

Floor:

2 spacious bedrooms*. One with a 140/190 bed. the other with 2 90/190 beds.
A bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms*.

(*Except 4 person version)

A relaxation area on the mezzanine.

The courtyard:

Since it's the holidays and you need to breathe,

it is outside, under the covered courtyard of more than 100 m² that you will spend most of your time...

The courtyard is equipped with a garden furniture with a table for aperitif and outdoor meals.
Whether you are a grill chef or an enthusiastic novice, a plancha awaits you.
For the more athletic, a ping-pong table is at your disposal for friendly games.

Pool:

You can also sunbathe at the pool on the sun loungers.
The private 10 x 5 swimming pool with alarm will refresh you in case of extreme heat.

We have not forgotten the children who have various games: trampoline, scooter, swing slide molkki, frisbee etc...

Living outside! What a pleasure!

The tourist attractions of Lot et Garonne are numerous, country of Bastides and Castles, of rural and river tourism, of orchards and multiple outdoor activities, it is a place of tourism at the same time cultural, relaxing, sporting and gastronomic.
